A Double for Charm Spirit

Triple Group 1 winning miler Charm Spirit (Invincible Spirit) continued his upward trajectory with a flurry of first-crop 2YO winners this week including a metropolitan double at Deauville in France.

On the eve of returning to England from his southern hemisphere base at Windsor Park Stud in New Zealand, Invincible Spirit’s highest earning son celebrated his departure by extending his tally of individual 2YO winners for the season to 28, placing him in second position by both individual winners and prize money to No Nay Never (Scat Daddy) - who has 29 winners - on the European First Season Sires’ list.

Charm Spirit was also recently represented by his first southern hemisphere 2YO Group performer when the talented filly Aretha debuted for third in the Group 2 Wakefield Challenge Stakes at Trentham following two trial wins.

Earlier this year Mark Kavanagh made the trip to New Zealand specially to buy Charm Spirit horses.

Share price is $7,364.00 inc GST, this includes ALL costs up to the 31st December 2018 - insurance, sales and veterinary expenses, incentive schemes and race series nominations (Inglis), breaking-in and pre-training, spelling and agistment, and transport. Thereafter, to cover the maintenance, training, and racing of the horse as well as routine veterinary treatments, local travel, spelling and agistment costs, we charge a set monthly fee of $249.00 per 5% share.
